Alon Idelson, founder of CentrePoint Construction, is a licensed General Contractor who brings creativity, craftsmanship, and a strong commitment to sustainable building practices. He believes every builder has a responsibility to contribute to a more sustainable and resilient future.

Alon’s passion for construction began early, working alongside his father, Moses, a master craftsman who taught him the value of integrity, precision, and hard work. Those lessons shaped Alon’s hands-on approach and dedication to quality in every project.
​
A graduate of California State University, Northridge, Alon earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on sustainable and universal design.
​
Raised in Encino and now residing in Woodland Hills with his wife and daughters, Alon continues to lead projects across Southern California with vision, care, and a deep respect for good craftsmanship.

Anastasia Pyatigorski
Production Manager
Anastasia is CentrePoint Construction’s Production Manager, responsible for overseeing the entire production process from permitting to project completion. She coordinates all activities related to renovations, ADUs, and new construction projects, ensuring each one is delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with local Building & Safety requirements.

Before joining CentrePoint, Anastasia worked as a headhunter in the high-tech industry, where she developed a fast-paced, results-driven work ethic that she now applies to managing complex construction schedules and city coordination.
​
Originally from Belarus, Anastasia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Belarusian State University and currently resides in Los Angeles. Her organization, leadership, and close attention to Building & Safety processes make her an essential part of the CentrePoint team.

Mike Rapaport
Field Supervisor OC
Mike is CentrePoint Construction’s Field Supervisor and brings over 15 years of construction experience to the team. Known for his specialized skills, attention to detail, and hands-on management style, Mike adds tremendous value to every project he leads.

He focuses primarily on home additions and ADU garage conversions, ensuring each build is completed with precision, efficiency, and care. In addition to his field leadership, Mike also assists Alon in overseeing projects throughout Orange County, helping maintain CentrePoint’s high standards of quality and coordination across all job sites.

Mike’s commitment to honesty, integrity, and communication has earned him great respect from clients, crews, and city officials alike. Since joining CentrePoint Construction in 2023, he has been an essential part of the company’s continued growth and success.

In House Carpenter
Robert De Haro is CentrePoint Construction’s in-house finish carpenter and a second-generation craftsman who brings decades of hands-on experience and a deep appreciation for fine woodworking to every project. Growing up around construction sites and workshop benches, Robert learned early on that true craftsmanship comes from patience, precision, and pride in one’s work.

Specializing in finish carpentry, Robert is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to transform architectural plans into stunning physical results. His expertise covers everything from custom cabinetry, molding, and built-ins to intricate trim work and high-end interior finishes that define CentrePoint’s reputation for quality.

Framing and Foundation Foreman
Kevin Vásquez is CentrePoint Construction’s Foundation and Framing Foreman and serves as Alon’s right-hand man when it comes to all structural work. With extensive experience in concrete, framing, and structural systems, Kevin ensures that every project’s foundation and framing are executed with precision, strength, and efficiency.

From coordinating crews and reviewing structural plans to managing on-site inspections, Kevin brings a calm, focused leadership style that keeps projects running smoothly and safely. His deep understanding of field operations allows him to anticipate challenges early and deliver exceptional results that align perfectly with engineering and design intent.

Miguel Carranza
Permit Expeditor
Miguel Carranza is CentrePoint Construction’s Permit Expeditor, specializing in navigating the complex permitting process across Los Angeles County and surrounding cities. With extensive experience working with Building & Safety departments, Miguel ensures that every set of plans is submitted, reviewed, and approved efficiently and in full compliance with local requirements.

His responsibilities include coordinating plan check submittals, responding to correction notices, managing supplemental documents, and maintaining communication with city officials throughout the approval process. Miguel’s deep understanding of municipal codes and permit procedures helps keep projects moving forward smoothly and on schedule.
